TOM ROSEMEYER

LEAD INSTRUCTOR

Tom Rosemeyer is a baseball coach with 18-years of experience developing athletes from the youth level to the professional ranks. He began his coaching career as an assistant at the College of the Siskiyous (2007–2009), where he discovered his passion for teaching the game. After returning to the Bay Area, Tom joined MMB, where he has spent the past 16 years working with a wide range of players—multiple big leaguers, dozens of minor leaguers, hundreds of college athletes, and thousands of high school players.

ON LEADING THE MMB SCHOOL

“I wish I had something like this when I was growing up. A little encouragement for the young player goes a long way on and off the field. We can improve thinking, actions and results every day with the time we’ll get with these young players.”

Tom has earned a strong reputation for developing players through individualized instruction, demanding yet constructive standards, and a genuine belief in each athlete’s potential. His coaching philosophy is simple and unwavering: every player he works with knows he will do everything he can to help them improve.

WHAT PLAYERS SAY

“He helped me unlock my body on the mound, and free up my mind and approach. His care for each player he works with comes through in each session…and he sees what most people can’t. He makes it about us reaching our potential.” – High School Junior, San Anselmo, CA.

MIKE MURPHY

FACILITY OWNER & STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Since 1998, Mike Murphy Baseball has provided elite baseball instruction, clinics, and camps to the Bay Area. His proven training system builds players physically, mentally, and fundamentally while emphasizing integrity and respect for the game. Every athlete receives personalized coaching from Mike’s hand-picked, system-aligned staff.

Mike Murphy is a respected teacher and mentor with 13 years of professional experience across eight MLB organizations. He learned from legends such as Cal Ripken Jr., Nolan Ryan, Alex Rodriguez, Edgar Martinez, and Will Clark.

A Rawlings High School All-American and sixth-round draft pick of the Philadelphia Phillies, Mike’s career included the Arizona Fall League, winter ball in Venezuela, and a historic exhibition series in Cuba with the Orioles.

Mike founded MMB in 2002, and today the program analyzes over 300,000 swings per month for players from Little League to the Major Leagues. Travel teams change, coaches change—but MMB remains committed to your player’s development.

WHAT PARENTS SAY

“Mike has a system for hitting and approach. He loves to teach and through the years he’s seen everything. So, his ability to assess and reach an individual is second to none. Few people on earth have spent as many hours evaluating hitters and swings. He’s non-stop.” – Father, Orinda, CA

GREG MOORE

LIFE SKILLS + PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

Moore is one of baseball's most respected developers of talent. Over the past 20 years, he has coached elite players including Royce Lewis, Hunter Greene, and 2x Cy Young winner Blake Snell, as well as multiple walk-ons who became first-round draft picks.

Across 25 years in coaching, Moore has worked directly with:

  • 19 first-round pitchers

  • 22 big league pitchers

During his 24-year college coaching career and four stints with USA Baseball, teams featured:

  • 47 first-rounders

  • 102 top-10 round picks

  • 149 total drafted players

From 2015–2023, Moore coached 7.8% of all first-round MLB Draft picks at some point in their development. His programs have set multiple performance records, including:

  • Most top-10 round picks in any 3-year span (D1)

  • Two NCAA Top-10 ERA pitching staffs

Would you like to find more information about Moore's specific coaching methods or his background with USA Baseball?

  • Record-breaking seasons for wins, starts, and Big West victories

As recruiting coordinator and pitching coach, Moore saw the first 1st-round pick in USF history, followed by three more in six years—matched only by Stanford and Georgia Tech at that time. Baseball America named him one of the Top 10 assistant coaches in college baseball.

OFF-FIELD DEVELOPMENT

A former Division-I pitcher and catcher, Moore is known as a top mentor who helps athletes build values, habits, leadership skills, and character.

His programs have produced:

  • 4 record-setting team GPAs

  • 2 all-time academic progress rate records

  • A 9-week life-skills course used by more than 3,500 players and families

Moore is the CEO of ThriveWare Inc. and heads a Sevwins Prep, a nonprofit supporting athletes and families on their path to college, providing training in baseball, life skills, mental performance, and career readiness.

“There are only a handful of people breathing who are capable of teaching this stuff like Greg.”
